How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Are you affiliated with Disney?


We are not affiliated with Disney, but we are REALLY big fans. Some of the items we offer are Disney Parks Official Merchandise.

Can I Choose What Items are In My Mystery Box?

Our Mystery boxes are completely random items that we think Disney fans will like, you can not choose the items that are in the mystery boxes but we do ask questions before to understand a little about what type of Disney fan you are.

 

What Happens if I receive something in a mystery box that is broken?

In the rare event that one of your items is received damaged, please contact us (using the contact box above or directly emailing us at sayhello@waltsgifts.co.uk) and we will be happy to investigate your issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item with your submission to expedite resolution. Because of constant inventory changes, issues must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving your mystery box.

Can I return the mystery box If I don't like the items I receive?

Because our service is a mystery style subscription, we do not offer refunds, returns or credits for dissatisfaction of mystery contents. Please feel free to contact us so we can help to cater better to your preferences in your future boxes!
